The Maison JANOUEIX has been based in the Saint-Emilion and Pomerol area since 1898 and is one of the best and most prestigious wine producers of the Great Bordeaux Wine.
The wine is produced on a 15 hectares vineyard and benefits from all of the bes natural characteristics on offer for the vineyards on the right bank of the River (Saint-Emilion, Pomerol).
 
Tasting Notes 
Colour : Red purple colour with a blackberry

Nose : Red purple colour with a blackberry, coffee and chocolate bouquet.

Palate : The wine is full and very well balanced with silky-textured tannins, and pure and juicy with a long after taste.

Pairing: Pork stewed with prunes and cumin.
